Adam Moll
Director of Criminal Justice and Complex Needs
Adam has spent most of the past decade working in criminal justice in a variety of roles spanning operations, research, policy and business development. His previous employers include the Youth Justice Board, Safe Ground and the Mental Health Foundation, where he published research on dementia in prisons, the first report of its kind in the UK. A passionate advocate of evidence-based approaches, Adam has participated in a range of cross-sector research projects, including the Ministry of Justice’s Justice Data Lab initiative. Adam holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Pennsylvania and is also the chair of trustees for Playing ON, a small theatre company working in mental health and criminal justice settings.Mandy Bulman
Head of Service
Mandy Bulman is the Head of Service for Pathways to Independence’s ex-offender supported Housing in Maidstone. She oversees a team of staff who manage the day-to-day running of the projects. Part of the wider Senior Management Team and Social Housing Group, Mandy has 20 years’ experience in Housing support, Management and Statutory Compliance and Asset Management. She works closely with local authorities around Kent to ensure that Pathways’ residents receive the best support available and that long term success, continued funding, and the values of the organisation are at the forefront of everything we do. Mandy is also lead on the Maidstone Borough Council Housing First pilot project and manages two Housing First co-ordinators to support rough sleepers and homeless ex-offenders into permanent accommodation in the Kent community.Michael Bourne
